Title: Dragon's Breath Chicken Wings (By Judy Howle)

Yield: 4 Servings

16 Chicken wings, tips removed
  Marinade:
1/4cSoy sauce
1/4cDry sherry
1tbSesame oil
1lgClove garlic, minced
1tsFive Spice Powder
1tsCayenne pepper or your fav
  Hot sauce (more to taste)

Make marinade. Place all in gallon ziploc bag (or lg. plastic container). Marinate from 24-48 hrs. in refrigerator, turning every 8 hrs. Grill approx.15 min. per side or until well browned on a gas or charcoal grill. Accompany with fried rice, egg rolls, stir-fried veggies. (Or just pig out on wings!!)
